If you would like to create an account and begin using the assessment system, please follow the below 4 steps:
Step 1. View our assessment system orientation video. Click image to start video. 
Step 2. Read through the e-learning readiness items to confirm the system will work for you. Before using our tool it is important that you consider these items as they are necessary to successfully utilize this online program:
- I have access to a computer which I can easily log on to for long periods of time.
- The computer I will use has available Internet access.
- The computer that I will use is a pc and has the capability to properly display online materials such as videos, or interactive web sites.
- I am familiar and comfortable navigating web sites.
- I have an email address from which I can send and receive email through the computer I will be using.
- Online learning does not include in-class discussion. I am able to work on my own without face to face interaction with trainers.
- A high speed Internet connection may be required to properly view courses or download files if I choose to take the courses.
- Self motivation, discipline, and time management skills are important to complete online courses.
- If I elect to take the online courses, it will require me to sit in front of a computer for extended periods of time, reading course material, and taking tests.
- I enjoy figuring things out on my own and planning on how to proceed to complete a task
Step 3. Read over the the following bullets to gain a further understanding of what you can expect from the WorkSearch system:

Based on self assessment of my work skills, transferable skills, and work interests, this system will provide me with a personalized list of Job Matches that suit those skills and interests.

I can take skill verification tests that will measure my proficiency in those Job Matches, and then compare my skills to the skills required for success in those jobs.

This system will identify my job skill gaps and confirm my skill level.

I will have access to 17 Essential Job skills study guides (at no cost) that allow me to increase my knowledge and abilities in those areas where I need improvement to fill the job skill gaps.

This system tracks my progress and retains my test scores.

This system will upgrade my Job Match choices any time I enter my upgraded skills.

Once registered, I can access this system as many times as I wish to continue to reassess my skills, enter other interests, search for a job, or continue with on line training.

At any time, I can access all of the available job search engines which can identify local job opportunities based on the job choices I enter along with my zip code.

I can, for a fee, earn a Job Skills Certification from one of seven major educational institutions if I pass all of the Core skills tests for a specific job choice.
